Yes. Each patient receives one complimentary Medical Readiness Assessment based on the materials they submit. No account or registration is required. It includes a summary of the available information, possible clinical directions, missing information, whether Shanghai may be worth considering, and one follow-up question by email.

Further assessments for the same case may be quoted separately.

No. You may submit your case if you have persistent symptoms, abnormal test results, an existing diagnosis, or uncertainty about the next step. The usefulness of the assessment depends on the quality and completeness of the available information.

After you complete the assessment form, you will be asked to email your medical records to us. There is no file upload on this website.

Please send medical reports, laboratory results, pathology reports, imaging reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries and photographs or PDF copies of relevant records. Original imaging files may be requested later when clinically useful.

We aim to complete your assessment within 3 business days after all necessary medical information has been received. The 3 business days begin once your medical records have arrived by email, not when the form is submitted.
